PREPARATION Chinese food pho soup

Boil
beef shank in 4 liters of water, be sure to degrease the broth. Grill over high

baking pan. Turn the brownie mixture Into the pan. Smooth the top and bake for
about 35 minutes or a toothpick inserted Until near the center comes out clean.
Loosen cake around edges and allow to cool in the pan. Cut the brownies Into
squares and garnish with a walnut half on each.
