comments

This formula owes its effectiveness to the combination of two plants rich in oil (Semen cannabis1 and Semen persicae) with plants that tone and circulate Energy and Blood. This type of constipation is compared to a boat that does not move forward for lack of water. As its action is gentle and non-irritating to the intestines, it may take some time before obtaining the maximum effect.

1. Although the original formula includes seeds of canabis, the majority of preparations currently commercially available do not contain, for legal reasons, the canabis being generally considered a banned substance in the West. We often replace the latter with Hei Zhi Ma (sesame seeds) or by Huo Ma Ren (linseed)
2. Chinese digitalis, unlike European digitalis, contains neither digitalis, digoxin, nor digitoxin
