Spinach carrot salad

Ingredients

300g spinach

2 boiled eggs

½ carrot

Seasoning

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp black pepper

1 pinch of glutamate Sunflower oil

20 minutes

Preparation method spinach carrot salad:

1. Wash the spinach and then soak them in water for 2 minutes. Wash the carrots and grate it.

2. Blanch the spinach in hot water for a moment. Remove and then filter them. Add the grated carrots and blanch for a minute. Remove and place them next.

3. In a bowl, add mustard (to taste), 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, sugar 1 bedrooms, 1 tbsp .c poultry gasoline and 1 tbsp of olive oiled. Mix everything in order to get the sauce.
