Beef with potato

Ingredients beef with potato

200 g of beef

100 g of potato

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chopped chives

1 salt ginger lamella

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 star anise

2 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

35 minutes

Steps beef with potato:

1. Wash and cut respectively beef and potatoes into pieces of uniform size.

2. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, then add the beef and soy sauce. Sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes. Then add the Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, chives, ginger, star anise and water by covering beef. Braise until the beef becomes soft.

3. Add the potatoes and salt. Mix a little and braise it all until they are very flexible. Pour It Up.

Ingredients for Chinese Emerald Chicken Recipe

2 tb Vegetable oil

1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken

-breasts, cut into chunks

1 tb Finely chopped fresh ginger

-root

1 Onion, sliced

1 Green pepper, seeded and

-diced

1/2 lb Broccoli, cut into 1 inch

-chunks

2 Ribs celery, sliced

4 oz Snow peas

Salt and freshly ground

-pepper

1/2 c Chicken stock

2 tb Soy sauce

1 tb Rice wine

1 tb Cornstarch

1/4 c Water

1 tb Sesame seeds, toasted

Chinese Emerald Chicken Preparation

Heat the oil in a wok. Dry the chicken pieces well and add to the wok with the ginger. Stir and cook until the chicken whitens. Stir in the onion and cook for a few minutes. Add the remaining vegetables and cook for a few minutes longer. Season with salt and pepper. Add the stock, soy sauce and wine. Cover and cook until the liquid comes to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat and cook gently for 2 to 3 minutes. Combine the cornstarch with the water and stir until smooth. Increase the heat. Mix the vegetables and cook until just thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Ingredients for Great Chinese Mustard Recipe

1 c Brown Mustard

4 tb Cilantro, Chopped

8 ts Water

4 ts Sesame Oil

Great Chinese Mustard Preparation

Stir all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill overnight to allow flavors to blend. To serve, bring to room temperature. Makes 1 cup.
