PREPARATION chicken meatballs

Cut the chicken and chop.

Add the coriander, mint, egg and nuoc mam.

Prepare small balls, roll in flour. Brown and stew for 5 minutes.

Serve the meatballs with a spicy sweet sauce of Thailand, for example, served with
rice and green salad.

Potato Momos Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 c Ghee
1 tb Soy sauce
1/2 tb Minced ginger
2 c Mashed potatoes
1/2 tb Minced garlic
1/2 c Fresh spinach, parboiled
&
1/4 c Onion, diced
– chopped
1/2 ts Garam masala
1/4 c Cilantro, chopped
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/4 c Green onions, sliced
1/4 ts Salt

Potato Momos
Preparation
Melt ghee in a
small skillet. Add ginger, garlic & onion. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add garam
masala, chili powder, salt, pepper & soy sauce. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
Remove from heat & add mashed potatoes. Add spinach when cool, green onion
& cilantro. Mix well. Put 1 tb of filling into each wrapper, seal the edges
closed with a little water. Steam over steaming rack & serve hot with sauce.
Mini Pizzas Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef
1 lb Hot Italian sausage meat
1 lb Velveeta cheese
2 Loaves of Party Rye Bread
-(the little mini-bread)

Preparation
Skin the
sausage (if necessary). Brown sausage and hamburger in a large skillet. Drain
fat. Over low heat, add Velveeta until it”s thoroughly melted, and stir
thoroughly. Spread a small spoonful of the mixture on each slice of the Party
Rye and place on a cookie sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours. After that, you
can remove them from the cookie sheets and put them in a freezer bag for up to
2 weeks! To serve, just place the frozen pizzas on a cookie sheet and bake at
350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately. Makes about
40.
