How the Dara connected scale works
Regarding its operation, it has 4 pads to analyze your body composition. You need to position yourself on the pads for this to work properly.
The pads thus deliver a very low level of current to analyze the resistance of your biological tissues. This is a technique very regularly used in medicine.
Warning: people with heart devices should be careful and avoid this type of scale.
Note also that it requires 4 AAA type batteries to operate and its average autonomy is between 3 and 6 months.

To use the Dara scale, it is strongly recommended to download the FitTtrack Health app (completely free and compatible with iOS and Android).
This application is very useful because it allows you to set your goals: weight loss, athletic challenge, etc. At each weighing, the 17 measurements will be recorded on the application and translated in the form of a graph to very easily follow your daily progress.
